Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or product unavailability. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards via Stripe, and cash on delivery for Cyprus orders.
Intellectual Property
All content on the TeaVibe website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the intellectual property of TeaVibe and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
Limitation of Liability
TeaVibe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
