Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used tea products. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we will happily arrange a replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@teavibe.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by TeaVibe for defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. We do not charge any restocking fees.
