Shipping Information
Delivery in Cyprus
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over €40 within Cyprus. Orders under €40 are charged a flat shipping fee of €4.50. Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch. Express next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 noon for an additional €7.00.
International Shipping
We ship to all EU member states and selected international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. EU orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Non-EU international orders may take 10–21 business days. Please note that customs duties or import taxes for non-EU destinations are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier's website. If you have not received your tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
